So, I'd like to do an article, an essay, entitled 101 Niches to Make Money With in 2025 plus 7 Niche Commandments, so that's the title. And it's basically about these 7 commandments to follow to find profitable niches in 2025. And then at the end, they're going to get an AI-generated list of 101 niches that they can go and target straight away. Which were generated with AI. So, for the intro for part one, we can call this The Power of Niche Selection. It's basically going to explain how choosing the right niche is absolutely vital for profiting online. And the quote to mention here is the Warren Buffett quote where he says he'd rather have a good business with a bad manager than a bad business model that was managed by the greatest management team in the world. And so, selecting the right niche, a profitable growing niche that's trending and has high margins and relatively low competition and high demand most importantly. And a lot of people making money is far more important than anything else. And you can mention here as well that this is something that I've learned having generated over eight figures in revenue online. So, and then basically just sort of tease them and say keep reading for 101 niches that were generated with an AI agent. And then in part two, we can actually move on to my commandments to choosing good profitable niches. And so, these kind of executable actionable tips that they can follow to find profitable niches. So, and then obviously we'll come on to the actual 101 niches in just a second. So, the first thing to tell them is that the best niches are going to be product categories on main sites. So, if you go to Etsy or Udemy or Amazon or Clickbank, you'll see that the site owners, the webmasters who actually manage these sites, who obviously can see where the revenue is and where the money is being spent, have curated the products into different categories and that will tell you immediately what is being spent. And of course, you can go into those and you can look at reviews and sales and kind of get a reductive idea for what's being spent. And secondly, the best niches, the very, very best niches often come from weird places that you wouldn't have thought of. And one great way to find these weird places is to go on Flippa, which is a website that buys and sells domain names on websites. So, you can go there and look for niche ideas because obviously people have to disclose their revenue and what they do to actually sell their site since that can be a really good source for kind of brainstorming ideas. And thirdly, you can try advanced Google site searches. So, returning to Udemy, for example, you can run the Google search site colon udemy.com 100 dot, dot, dot, 10,000 ratings. And that search will pull up all the courses on Udemy that have between 110,000 ratings and therefore have obviously sold that many at least. And you can find various similar site searches that you can run on any of these marketplaces. Fourthly, you can actually look and see people spending money and obviously people, websites, businesses who are spending money are presumably making at least that money as well. So, there are various ad tools such as SEMrush and AdSpy, which will allow you to go and find people spending money and therefore people who are making money as well. And fifthly as well, the niche idea should come from you. So, don't discount the value of your own domain specific knowledge. And so, if you can sort of understand a niche then you'll perform far, far better than if you don't have any knowledge about it. As an insider, you'll have insights as to how customers are thinking the space, you'll be able to market much better and it will just all come much more naturally to you. And it'd be much more enjoyable to market in those niches that you actually understand and have a passion for. Although this all does come with a caveat that you shouldn't just focus on those niches because they do need to hit the other, tick the other boxes we've talked about here. And sixth as well, you can sub-niche. So, basically a sub-niche is a smaller section of a bigger niche. So, for example, marketing, sub-niches into email marketing, which sub-niches into email deliverability. And then finally we could get a sub-sub-sub-niche of boosting open rates. So, if in doubt and you want lower competition then my advice is to start off with a smaller sub-niche or even a sub-sub-niche. And then as you get bigger, you can of course expand. And then the final tip is to anchor off of mega brands. So, if there's an eight figure behemoth, a product, a brand or website in your niche then that in itself is a niche. You can make complimentary tools, add-ons and products that kind of let you benefit from being inside of their ecosystem. And then moving on to part three, which is the actual niche list, $101 million niches for 2025. Firstly, here are some broad sub-niches. If you're completely lost, make money, fitness, relationships, self-help and generative AI. These can all be sub-niched at least three or four levels deep and they're all profitable and they're all niches I've operated in. And then with all of that being said, at this point I'll give them the AI generated niche list which will be categorized and they can browse through it all and so you can just put insert niche list here. And then finally part four is just to kind of give context to all this, this is all based on my journey of from zero to eight figures you can kind of briefly say that all of these tips were learned in the battlefield of making money online. And then finally close by saying that I sell digital products using AI bots and agents. I also run a newsletter about the latest AI tips and so give them a call to action saying they can sign up below. And then finally for keywords to research this, I think a lot of the information is already contained within this transcription book, they can find profitable niche, you can search for keywords like finding profitable niches, million dollar niches and also ad spy tools and I think that's it.
